Service Description

PriceTracking.co provides a service that enables users to track product prices from supported retailers. Users receive email notifications when the price of a selected product reaches a user-defined threshold. Please note that the list of supported retailers may change over time due to data source variations, service compatibility, or internal business decisions.

Account Requirements

To access the service, users must:

• *Provide a valid, non-disposable email address
• *Authenticate via our identity provider (Auth0) using passwordless email login with a one-time code
• *Maintain an active email address. If the address becomes inactive or begins to bounce, email alerts may be suspended to preserve service reliability

Subscription Tiers

Feature access is determined by subscription level (e.g., Basic, DealHunter, SuperSaver). Subscription plans and included features may be modified from time to time.

User Responsibilities

Users must not utilise disposable or temporary email services.

Alerts and Accuracy

While we strive to ensure timely and accurate alerts, we do not guarantee:

• *That all price changes will be detected
• *That alerts will be delivered without delay or technical error

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service access if the Terms are breached or the platform is misused.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this service.
